*SCOPE OF PRACTICE / TRAINING The course you've signed up for is about business. I aim to be trauma-informed and I welcome you to bring your whole human self to our classes, but I am not a therapist or a social worker or even a certified coach, and I don't have an MBA. Instead of credentials, I bring more than a decade of experience being self-employed and five years experience doing business coaching.  

*ADDITIONAL SUPPORT I don’t initiate contact with my students between sessions and I’m not able to provide course-content-related support outside of stated channels, ie I cannot answer emails or DMs about the course material. You can email me with logistical questions (billing, tech issues, etc); it may take me awhile to reply to your email. * REFUNDS Because of the asynchronous, informational nature of the course, there are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers for any reason.  

* DEFAMATION OR HARASSMENT Intentional hate speech, defamation or other harassment will not be tolerated towards your fellow learners or towards me or my team. I reserve the right to remove any student from the course for such action without a refund.  

*EXPECTATIONS I'm a solo business owner! I try my darndest to make sure all my clients and students get taken care of, there are some requests I may not be able to meet.
